That unique perspective working in the trenches as legal counsel and executive of a business is what Troy offers to his clients. With great empathy, he seeks to deeply understand his business clients’ desires and goals to help them navigate business ventures and provide solutions throughout a company’s lifecycle from formation, through growth, and ultimately exit.

Troy approaches his representation as a true business partner.
