John R. Stokes has been named as Partner in Watson Sloane PLLC’s Public Finance practice group. John represents clients in all aspects of city, county and local government law, including school districts, healthcare facilities, municipal governments, special districts, and senior living providers in bond and other debt financings. John is a well-recognized leader in the field of bond finance, having participated in many of the most significant bond financings across the state. Based out of Watson Sloane’s Tampa office, John will continue to represent clients locally and throughout Florida.
