Vivien J. Monaco, Esq. joins Watson Sloane PLLC

Watson Sloane PLLC is pleased to announce that Vivien Monaco has joined the firm as a partner in the Finance, Government Relations, Land Use & Zoning and Real Estate practice groups.  Vivien will serve private and public clients in areas related to land use, zoning, real estate, and growth management law, and will assist them with matters relating to transportation, impact fee, development permitting (including development-related environmental permitting), land use approvals, entitlement issues, alcoholic beverage licensing, and local government relations, including bid protests.  Before joining Watson Sloane, Vivien was counsel at Burr & Forman LLP, and prior to that served for 15 years as Assistant County Attorney for the Orange County Attorney’s Office.
